Once your consultation is reviewed and approved by our pharmacist or prescriber, your prescription will be dispensed and dispatched. We aim to process approved orders within one working day of pharmacist approval.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date medical information. Providing false or misleading information may result in harm and will constitute a breach of these terms, which may result in immediate termination of your access to our services.
Prescriptions issued are valid only for the individual named on the prescription and must not be shared or transferred to any other person.
Payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely using encrypted payment technology.
Prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Consultation fees and medication costs are clearly itemised prior to checkout.
We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. The price displayed at the time of your order will be honoured for that transaction.
Once your order has been approved and dispensed by our pharmacist, we aim to deliver within 1 working day. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including postal delays.
Deliveries are made to UK addresses only. You are responsible for ensuring your delivery address is accurate. We cannot accept liability for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect address provided by you.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, appropriately sealed packaging in compliance with GPhC standards.
You may cancel your order before it has been clinically approved and dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible via our website or email.
Once a prescription has been approved and dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for prescription-only medicines due to legal and safety requirements under UK pharmacy regulations.
Consultation fees are non-refundable once a clinical review has been completed, regardless of the outcome.
If you believe you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will investigate promptly.
